The Green at 320

Give it up for The Green

The Green at 320, Chicago’s largest privately owned park, called for a brand that caught eyes and attracted visitors, from office workers grabbing a coffee to friends looking for a free yoga class. Since The Green’s inaugural summer in 2023, we’ve partnered with Riverside to help establish and evolve its identity as a downtown nexus of activity. Now, The Green at 320’s a household name, with a highly engaged social media audience of over 10K followers, and the foot traffic to match.

Reinvigorating the
West Loop

The COVID-19 pandemic left parts of Chicago’s West Loop far quieter than in previous years. The Green at 320 was designed to reactivate this downtown landscape, creating a magnetic new destination for shared experiences, branded partnerships, and more.

While we’ve created everything from print brochures to a dedicated website for The Green, our favorite seeds have been planted through this project’s robust digital marketing efforts. For almost three seasons, social media campaigns have built excitement around events at The Green, like Movie Night at The Green and The Farmer at The Green, leading to many events selling out. Strong SEO and newsletters have also contributed to a 250% increase in website audience size.

Placemaking with our PR partners

Neoscape and our clients collaborated with local PR expert Liz Kores to spotlight The Green through highly successful influencer partnerships and local news coverage. By amplifying these PR efforts on social media, we garnered a reach of over half a million. Talk about being in the green.
