After reengineering Smartflower for enhanced efficiency and durability, the company saw an opportunity to re-launch the product. Neoscape’s challenge: introduce Smartflower to an American market and position the brand to the right audiences.

Crafting an icon

As we began to build a new brand identity, it became clear that Smartflower’s greatest asset wasn’t what the product could do, but what it said about its consumer. For residential and enterprise consumers looking to make a statement, Smartflower is a tangible and iconic expression of their commitment to clean energy and a sustainable future. With this insight at the core of our strategy, we positioned Smartflower not as a solar or green company, but as a purpose-driven luxury brand with a clear call to action: Be iconic.

Bringing the brand to life

After carving out an ownable position in the marketplace, it was time to actualize our vision. We created a logo and visual identity to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, supporting bold design with confident, aspirational messaging. The result: a cohesive look and feel that could be easily translated across print and digital media.

The Smartflower’s sleek, artistic design has incredible visual impact. When people see it, they believe in it. The challenge for us then became, how do we sell the Smartflower to consumers who can’t experience it in person. The solution came in the form of digital renderings, augmented reality, and animations, allowing us to demonstrate the product in action across a variety of commercial and residential applications.

The project culminated in a fully-responsive website and corresponding iPad application, creating a seamless brand experience across devices. Striking visuals, smooth animations, and concise, compelling copy worked together to clearly communicate the product’s key features and the brand’s luxury positioning.
   
Since its launch, the site has seen incredible growth in site traffic and search visibility, helping Smartflower stake its claim in the American market and outrank the competition.
