Dezer Development, renowned for its collaborations with luxury brands like Porsche Design and The Armani Group, set out to further elevate its portfolio of ultra-luxurious high-rise residential developments with a new project: Bentley Residences in Miami, FL. Dezer Development turned to Neoscape to craft a suite of high-impact marketing materials and a digital presence that would attract discerning buyers seeking the ultimate in luxury living.

The project presented a unique challenge: adapting the well-established identity of a luxury automotive brand to the marketing and design of a high-rise residential tower. The goal was to highlight Bentley’s signature exclusivity and sophistication while showcasing the unmatched lifestyle offered by this 60-story oceanfront development.

Marketing to match the Bentley standard

Neoscape partnered closely with Dezer Development to create a comprehensive suite of sophisticated marketing assets that brought the Bentley Residences brand to life. The collaboration included a dynamic website that showcased the building’s luxurious features and cutting-edge design alongside visually immersive films, including an Igloo film and an overview film.
