For this first new tower on Park Avenue in 50 years, our team was commissioned to create a marketing film that demonstrates the building’s unparalleled opportunities for the finest office environments, security, and convenience. 425 Park Avenue is designed by Foster + Partners and will stand alongside Modernist icons by Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen and Philip Johnson. It is conceived as a flexible, enduring new addition to one of New York City’s most celebrated streets.
The film was produced to inspire awe in its audience and lend an air of unparalleled luxury and exclusivity to the building to attract the record-breaking rents being sought by the client. To that end, shots were carefully choreographed to showcase the breathtaking views and majestic interior spaces, all set to a dramatic soundtrack. L&L Holding Company has signed a record-breaking lease with Citadel to occupy 200,000 SF, with the penthouse floors of the property securing $300 PSF—the highest rent ever paid for office space in the city.
