Congratulations to L&L Holding Company on fully leasing the dramatically transformed 390 Madison.
JP Morgan Chase has announced it will lease 16 full floors and two street-level storefronts at the significantly remassed, 32-story Midtown tower. They join tenants Shiseido Americas Corp. and law firm Hogan Lovells in bringing the 850,000 square-foot building to full occupancy.
